The Menu

Estela has been cooking in Palapas del Sol for 22 years for family and friends. She is helped by Delmi, Marely and Eder and have created a menu of dishes using the fresh seasonal produce. Table, beach and roomservice throughout the day for food and drinks. Taking inspiration from around their Mayan heritage, all the dishes on our menu are

designed with pride and honor.. Using incredible local fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and meat as well as vegan, vegetarian and dietary dishes from 7am till 1030pm daily, presented with ingredients so good they the comments speak for themselves.
